The house is situated in the warm area of San Nicolás de Tolentino in the west of the island. The layout of the house in on two floors; the ground floor for the kitchen, the cosy living room and a small toilet, and on the top floor are two of the bedrooms and a bathroom. At the rear of the house we can enjoy a pretty terrace next to the swimming pool. To one side of the terrace is the third double bedroom in a room independent from the main building.
